The terms
Five clauses, in plain terms.
Everything that matters about using the Bookkizee platform.
Clause 01
Platform access & license
Bookkizee provides cloud-based management software under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license bound to the registered business and its authorised users.
Clause 02
Operational conduct
Users shall not use the platform to scrape data at scale, stress-test infrastructure, or distribute malicious content through the CRM environment.
Clause 03
Data integrity & compliance
Customers retain ownership of their data. Use of the platform must comply with the regulations of the jurisdiction where the business operates (India, UAE, Oman, Qatar or Canada).

Service availability
We target high infrastructure availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced through the dashboard in advance to minimise operational disruption.
Clause 05
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

Modules, availability & add-ons
Bookkizee is a modular platform. What you see inside your account depends on your plan, your business type and the modules enabled for you — so no two accounts look exactly the same.
A multi-module platform
Bookkizee ships as a suite of connected modules — billing & POS, appointments, digital job cards, WhatsApp automation, AI attendance, inventory, CRM, payroll, reports and multi-branch management.
Not every module appears in every account
Module availability depends on your plan, your configuration and the features enabled for your business. Some modules may be hidden, locked or not included in your current subscription.
Some modules are industry-specific
Certain modules are built for particular businesses — for example the number plate scanner for car detailing, chair & stylist scheduling for salons, or breed-based booking for pet grooming.
Multiple businesses, one platform
The platform serves many businesses as isolated tenants. Each business operates in its own account and data is never shared between customers.
Add-ons may require additional payment
Optional modules and add-ons — such as WhatsApp communication packs, the AI attendance kiosk, the number plate scanner kit, additional branches or enterprise features — may be chargeable separately.
Availability can change over time
Modules may be added, updated, moved between plans or retired as the platform evolves. Material changes are communicated through the dashboard.
Some modules may require additional payment
Optional modules and add-ons are quoted separately and depend on your plan, number of branches and region. To see exactly which modules are included in your account — and what any extras would cost — ask us for a tailored quote.
