We watched service businesses — garages, salons, spas — run on paper job cards, hand-held registers and a hundred WhatsApp chats. Owners worked inside their business, never on it. So we built the layer that runs underneath everything and made it feel effortless.

How Bookkizee came together.
Phase 01 · The garage problem
It started with one detailing studio buried in paper job cards. Jobs were finished but bills were written up after closing.

Phase 02 · First builds
We built digital job cards first — photos, checklists and structured service data. The paperwork stopped. The questions started.

Phase 03 · The full operating layer
Billing, appointments, CRM, inventory, packages, attendance and payroll joined the platform so nothing lived in a separate tool.
